Eight Run Innings and Double Plays

It's hard to overstate how bad the White Sox are, and the Royals took full advantage.

The best way to describe last night’s game between the Royals and the White Sox is to think about just about any Royals game from last year before August. Only last night, the White Sox played the role of the 2023 Royals and the Royals played the role of, well, everyone else. I would argue that the Royals didn’t play particularly well in this one and still walked away with a 10-1 victory over a team that might even be worse than I expected them to be.
