A bit about me
The Royals have been my passion since as long as I can remember. My favorite player when I was little was Danny “Tarbatull” and I sure loved frosty malts. Growing up, I began to get fascinated with the statistics and started following the advanced stats as they started hitting the mainstream more and more. I’ve also always been a writer, so back in 2010, I started a little Royals site called Royals Zone. It was small. Then I started with Pine Tar Press before moving to BP Kansas City, then just Baseball Prospectus. Then I wrote on Medium for awhile before I picked up some articles and series previews on Royals Review and ultimately started Inside the Crown in February 2021. Yeah, I guess you could say I like baseball and writing about it.
