So i'm hearing the extra inning rule will be no longer as well with a runner on second to start the inning. I'm a pretty old school baseball guy but I actually liked that rule and thought it served its purpose. I literally don't have the time or energy to watch a 14 inning baseball game. I felt like that extra inning rule manufactured some drama/action and sped the game along. That's too bad.
All you writers complain about Nicky lopez's lack of power. The guy hot on base better than anyone on the team. He takes walks and doesn't strick out a lot and he not just a singles hitter. He's a line drive gap hitter who gets a lot of doubles and triples. Every team needs a guy like this. He need to lead off. They need to get rid of mondesi. He has to hit everything to have a good year. Theyve wasted a lot of money on him. Trade him and hope someone is stupid enough to take him
