I’d actually love for them to get there hands on Reid Detmers. I think there is a lot more in there with him. Like Carlos Hernandez, who knows if you can unlock it, but I’d love if they got a hold of him. All speculation, and not really something to get too much into yet. But, like all trades, fun to look at.
Ya know, I HAAAATE white in clothing. I'm also generally not a fan of the way MLB does two-tone caps like these. And having the hats and helmets described to me, I HAAAATED them.
First off, I really like the powder blue uniforms, but not the hats although the batting helmet is fine (ah, pine tar will show up even better). Wonderful take on future pitchers. One can never have enough arms. Less than a week...oh, yeah!
I think the hats are going to be a pretty divisive point of the uniforms. I might buy myself one. I get a new hat every year and I'm running out of different styles!
I think I'm totally alone on this, but I wish they were wearing the usual home uniforms on Opening Day. There's just something about seeing the all-white jerseys lined up under the sun that the powder blues can't match.
But I might also be the only person on Earth who prefers the powder blue jerseys with white pants instead of blue pants, so that wildly unpopular opinion is just a me thing!
I think both of those are perfectly reasonable opinions! I almost prefer the all-whites for games like this too, but I love the all powder blues in general.
Here is a thought from left field: purple is also a royal color and I wonder if (let's say one Sunday a month) they could come out in all white with royal purple hats and lettering.
A few years ago I saw someone online who had the same thought of purple being a royal color, so they made a concept of the Royals uniforms using purple and yellow instead of blue. Basically giving the Royals the Lakers colors to make them look less like the Dodgers.
All in on full powder blues, but semi hating hat. Saw someone wearing in spring training and thought then they looked kind of cheap, but looks better on helmet. Think that look would work better on old school mesh back, so if they go trucker style with it I will have cash in hand in line.
Was out to dinner with SO and phone off, but they told me about the Canha deal on way home, knowing I would be way too excited about it. Looking forward to your thoughts
David, I just saw the play where Vinnie pulled his hamstring trying to beat a double play. His running form is not good and he is not running upright and pulled his hamstring over striding! Hamstrings are tricky because the hamstring is really three muscles that have to work together to avoid a muscle tear. Anyway, the Royals have a young guy that hit over 0.500 in spring training who could substitute for Vinnie while he heals up his hamstring which is really a misnomer because a muscle tear is a permanent injury and the torn muscle is replaced by scar tissue!
Andrew Pallante looks like the best stats of the bunch. others to many hr or walks. Our system looks at least as god as most of these guys, to take a chance on.
I MADE THE ARTICLE! LETS GO!!!!

Detmers is super interesting to me. I have zero clue if he’s available but the Angels make no sense in what they do, so who knows?

But, tbh, looking at them. They're kinda slick.
Yeah, I really like the look. I normally don’t love it on the field so we’ll see how it looks but I’m optimistic.
I like the new hats but the graphic you showed doesn't have the helmets.
It's getting closer. Go Royals.
Bobby is wearing the helmet in the image.
Oh, I thought that was the hat. I didn't notice the ear flap. My bad. Thanks.

I honestly think it looks fantastic, so I wouldn't be mad at all if they used your idea!
Hey David- if I signed up last year during the 25% sale will I renew at the same price?
Last year’s offer was for one year at that price and then will renew at the full price of $36/year.
