I saw him pitch in Des Moines this summer. There was a lot more outs, he didn't give up a hit until the fourth inning, but he walked a lot of guys. He also didn't make it through the fifth inning. The pitch count was horrible.

He definitely had his issues in AAA, which is why it was pretty surprsiing when he came back and pitched well, but he really did.

The other thing to note on his Fastball was the follow thru. Look where his left leg comes down in May versus August. Brought his whole body around later in the summer.

My takeaway: Succeeding as a Major League Baseball player is an incredibly hard thing to do. Kudos to Dan Lynch for holding it together and adjusting. And kudos to you, Lesky, for another great post.
