Yep, that's pretty much what it comes down to. Not much of a bargain on the control years, but then that bargain at the end. Of course, it may be a HUGE bargain by the time we get to 2028 and 2029, so that's the risk for the player.
You're probably right. That's where it was kind of a struggle, but I figured I'd go with a generally close figure that we know now. It won't be THAT much higher regardless.

Who knows what changes with the new CBA. I kind of foresee the minimum salary jumping higher than the $600,000.00 figure you mentioned.
